Terms & Conditions

About Us

ANNUVELL is an online retail platform offering a curated range of products. We work with a network of trusted third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners who help us provide a broad selection of goods while maintaining efficient delivery and service standards.

When you place an order through ANNUVELL, you are purchasing from us as the retailer. We are responsible for the customer relationship, including order support, delivery queries, returns, refunds, and your statutory rights.

Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other details shown on our site are accurate at the time they are displayed. However, product colours, packaging, dimensions, and other minor details may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend product information, correct errors, update pricing, or withdraw items from sale at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch where appropriate.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order is processed and delivered within the timeframe indicated at checkout.

Delivery may be carried out through our fulfilment partners and trusted supplier network. This does not affect our responsibility to you as the retailer. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, but ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

If delivery is delayed, lost, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.

Returns – Change of Mind

If you change your mind about an item, you may request a return in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law and any return conditions stated on our site. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items to us. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

We reserve the right to reduce any refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or where it is returned in a diminished condition.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, any return, replacement, or refund will be handled at no cost to you.

Supplier-Specific Conditions

Some products may be subject to specific dispatch times, availability constraints, warranty processes, or handling requirements depending on the fulfilment arrangements for that item. Where this applies, the relevant details will be made clear on the product page or at checkout.

Any product-specific conditions apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions and do not reduce your statutory rights.

General

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal obligations, or the way we provide our services. The version published on this site at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
